New Meetup: Sanford

Announcing a new Meetup for Milwaukee Wining & Dining Group!

What: Sanford

When: Friday, February 25,[masked]:15 PM

Where: Sanford Restaurant
1547 N. Jackson Street
Milwaukee, WI 53202

After 21 years, Sanford continues to welcome their guests with open arms. ?We?ve always tried to make visitors at Sanford feel comfortable and well cared for ? like they?re coming into our home,? says Chef Owner Sanford D?Amato.

The commitment to serving food made with products at their peak flavor is exemplified on the daily menu and on the ever-changing Four-Course Seasonal Menu. ?If tomatoes are in season, they?ll be on the menu. If not, we?ll just wait until the fresh ones come around again.?

Sanford and Angie D'Amato's restaurant, with chef de cuisine Justin Aprahamian, presents precise, creative, deeply flavorful dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients: seared, rosy squab with pickled ramps and hibiscus sauce, perhaps, or halibut on snap peas and mushroom risotto cake in early summer. Service is smooth, the dining room is serene, the wine list is well-chosen. People sometimes ask which is Milwaukee's best restaurant. This could be it.
