I have studied how quantity & diversity of external links play a role in search engine rankings. I spend my days creating strategies centered around content distribution & offsite SEO. I used to be a web developer, but now I'm an Internet marketer.

How long have you been using WordPress, or what version number of Wordpress did you start with?

Since WP 1.4 or so... I can't remember, it's been many many years and many releases.

What topics about WordPress would you like to learn most about?

Wordpress plugins that aid in SEO, such as All-in-One SEO, and Google XML Sitemap Generator.

What is your experience with using existing Wordpress plugins or creating your own?

I helped brainstorm an idea for a plugin that Joel Clermont built for me. Using a shortcode, like [phone], it dynamically inserts a different phone number on a page based on a variable extracted from the URL, then it stores that parameter as a cookie so every page will show that smae phone number.

What is your experience in building custom Wordpress themes? Tell us more.

I mostly stick to tweaking existing themes.

Hi Scott! My husband & I are hoping to make it to the dog park this Sunday @ 11:00 with our boyz. It will be our first time at ANY dog park, so do you have any helpful hints or suggestions? Is there a fee or rabies paperwork that we need to provide anyone?

Hey Scott! Thanks for joining! I feel like we must have met in person already AT LEAST once... but maybe we haven't. My memory's pretty bad like that (THANKS GOOGLE! ;) ) A big goal with this group is taking all of this "web" stuff (SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.) and apply it to "real world." I have a feeling that makes sense to you. :)
