I'm a huge fan of WordPress. It runs my blog, and I used it pretty heavily when I worked at UWGB.
How long have you been using WordPress, or what version number of Wordpress did you start with?

I have only developed one simple plugin for WordPress, and it was a great process.

All the excellent documentation with WordPress themes makes it pretty easy to get started with it.
