3 two hour sessions, Saturday 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, 3:00 -5:00 pm and Sunday 10:30am -12:30 pm will be based on "The Flight of the Garuda" a 19th century Tibetan Dzogchen text by Shabkar Lama, who was a wandering yogi. Lama Lena has been a student of Wangdor Rinpoche for about 35 years, having spent 7 years in retreat, and having served as his translator on his teaching trips. She began teaching herself at his request about 6 years ago, and divides her time between India and the West.
