This profound, yet simple practice: Pranayama, or Conscious breathing is an ancient form of meditation utilizing a simple, but profoundly effective three part breath. 

Within minutes you will feel your energy begin to move throughout your body.  Some people describe this sensation as a vibrating electricity.  In this awakened state, many are able to release fears & inhibitions and re-connect with their Divine Birthright of Spirit guided intuition.

    The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting colder. Yup, that's winter you feel comin at ya.... And with winter comes "The Holidays"... How do you feel about The Holidays? For some, the holidays bring joyous memories of celebration, family, food, and fun. For others, the holiday season isn't quite so joyous. Either way, it's a time of remembrance. Mostly we remember family and how we shared, or didn't share, this time of "thanksgiving". Thanks-giving = Gratitude. Gratitude, is that what you feel?
