Please join Jillian Hannah, Certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 500hours. She is a Shamballa master, a Level 2 IET healer, and studied holistic therapies at MWCC, Gardner Massachusetts. Jill will be facilitating a yoga class and a meditation once a month.
Gentle yoga & meditation class: We will start class with doing gentle yoga poses to prepare the body for comfortable deep relaxation, then go into a healing meditation for the group. Doing Yoga regularly helps the body become strong, balances your chakras, helps you sleep better, and heal the body mind spirit.
The last part of class Jill will guide everyone step by step into guided meditations, using colors, earth, angels, and ascended masters energies. Some classes may be held outside, depending on weather, to honor and anchor the new energies into Mother Earth and focus on star gazing for meditation.
Everyone will be setup individually with their specific needs for a comfortable meditation time using props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and eye pillows.
