• make lunch time a meditation hour by using this easy meditation.

A special Yoga session for people who sit at their desks most of the day. Learn how to invigorate and shake off the stress while at work in just a few minutes. Breathing exercises, Yoga and meditation in a 1 hour session. Ginny Brennen is a certified yoga instructor, health coach and teacher at the Art of Living Center for Mind and Meditation in Warrensville Heights. Free event, RSVP today.
