I have been practicing Sudarshan Kriya and Sahaj Meditation. I also teach the Kriya as i found it to be very helpful to help the mind settle down before meditation. I could use some more yoga classes.
For me it has been an amazing transformational process that keeps on unfolding, and i feel the most useful thing i can do is to share this amazing knowledge of how to quiet the mind and live life free of worry and fear. One of the biggest benefits i got is self-acceptance, being ok with myself just the way i am. Another benefit was becoming able to listen to people without judging what they say. Then not being worried when things don't happen the way i want them. and the list goes on.
