Everybody appreciates those moments when one is truly present and fully absorbed in whatever one is doing . Mindfulness is the art of being present. When our everyday life becomes stressful and distracted, mindfulness helps to restore our sense of balance.
It also enables us to be more naturally efficient and to access our inner resources.

Jon Kabat-Zinn Mindfulness is now widely taught in businesses and organisations such as Google, the NHS, state secondary schools, Deutsche Bank and other prominent and cutting edge institutions.
The advantages of mindfulness have been scientifically established and it is rapidly being appreciated by more and more people. Mindfulness is for everybody.We draw on current mindfulness teachings and the wisdom and know-how of the buddhist meditation tradition. Everybody is welcome!
Erik Passig MA CPPT is a senior mindfulness trainer who has been practicing meditation since the late 1980's. He is also a UKCP registered Psychotherapist and supervisor in mindfulness-based Psychotherapy ( Core Process Psychotherapy). Erik has led courses in mindfulness and meditation internationally, in various settings such as charities, health centers, school and traditional Buddhist environments. He has worked extensively in training others to facilitate mindfulness seminars, and brings humour and simplicity to his work.
