We invite you to stop by to meditate with others and to learn new topics in mindfulness to enhance and deepen your practice. 20-30 minutes of guided meditation will be followed by a 20-30 minute lecture on topics in mindfulness. There will be time for discussion as well as questions and answers or a practice for the week.
A $10 donation is appreciated. Seating will be provided however bring a Yoga Mat or comfortable lawn chair if you wish
