    I really enjoyed the class, and meeting you. Just remember that you can also do the grounding exercise with breathing from the bottom of your stomach as a grounding of your energy, and as a daily constant calming and meditation tool that will help you. And you can also use the clear block and remove for energies that you don't want or might be feeling. take care--
