Breaking Bad Habits for a more productive 2014 with ADD

Can you really choose your habits?

Many of us have found, through trial and error, that one of the most effective ways to change a bad habit is to replace it with another habit.. Preferably, one that you actually want!

Now there is science that supports that theory and we’ll talk about how you can use it to manage your ADD and so much more!

I feel like our first Sat session was a hit! We shared information and experiences around habits and made some distinctions as might apply to ADHD in particular. First time members Mary Jo, Greg and Sharon got in the swing of it and contributed right along with us regulars. Thanks to all of you! I hope to see you on 1/29 at 2:00 PM!

This was our first Saturday gathering! It was great to see familiar faces and meet our new members. Thanks to each of you, for being a part of our expanding awareness through ADHD! Please feel free to post your thoughts here and to invite family and friends. Of course, if you or someone you know is interested in learning more about my services as an ADD coach, just call or email me to schedule a free consultation. Our next gathering is Wed, 1/29 at 2:00 and extends today's theme of habits into forming and working with goals! See ya then!
