West Shore Mindfulness Meditation Group

Free to newcomers.
A $5.00 donation is helpful to defray costs.
Pre-registration encouraged, but not required.
6:30pm to 7:30pm
Typical sessions start off with some time for Q&A, followed by a brief "food for thought" period. The group meditation consists of approximately 10 minutes of guided meditation and instruction, and about 20 minutes of formal "mindfulness meditation." The last 10 minutes of our time together is reserved for reflection, comments, and questions.

VivianFirst time that I've ever been to a meditation group ever. Kind of figure that my mind wandering and me feeling like I am going to fall asleep is normal. lol :) Joshua is a fabulous facilitator.
