Evidence based psychological research has shown that mindfulness techniques are more effective than any other psychotherapuetic modality in creating measurable psychological and physiological benefits.

"To be honest, my motivation for starting One Breath At A Time Mindfulness Community was selfish. I had just moved from the Bay Area to Claremont and could not find anywhere in the Inland Empire to practice mindfulness. Up north I was spoiled by access to great mindfulness instructors and groups, but I could find nothing around where I lived. So I decided to start this group, so that I could attempt to establish a community to practice mindfulness with. I am grateful that I did. Mindfulness practice has really transformed so many aspects of my life and I am grateful that so many others are now getting to experience the benefits of mindfulness practice in their own lives." -Randall Sokoloff

One Breath At A Time Mindfulness Community is facilitated by Randall Sokoloff, who has been practicing mindfulness for over twenty years. Randall is a Psychotherapist, Writer, Artist and Certified Mindfulness Instructor. He has trained with pioneers in the field of mindfulness, such as Jon Kabat-Zinn, Sharon Salzburg and Jack Kornfield. One Breath At A Time Mindfulness Community is co-facilitated by Tracie Sokoloff (Randall's wife), who is also a Psychotherapist and is training to be a Yoga Instructor at the prestigious Yoga House School in Pasadena.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
