Evidence based psychological research has shown that mindfulness techniques are more effective than any other psychotherapuetic modality in creating measurable psychological and physiological benefits in issues related to anxiety.

One Breath At A Time Mindfulness Community was started from a small psychotherapy office in downtown Claremont, California (It grew into what became Wake Up Mindfulness Studio). Randall Sokoloff held weekly mindfulness classes out of his office for his psychotherapy clients who were dealing with issues related to anxiety. The group developed from there and now takes place mainly online.

Randall is a Mental Health Counselor, Mindfulness Instructor and founder of Mindfulness Based Counseling.
