Mindfulness, Tantra and Dreamwork

In this course we draw on the tantric approach of Tibetan Buddhism, particularly the practice of Tara,  and Jungian work with  alchemical symbolism. These two share parallel  ideas for what Jung called “the tremendous  experiment of becoming conscious”.

We all have the natural ability to transform emotional turmoil and instinctual energy into precious resources. The point is to recognize that  neither repression nor being taken over by this  energy transforms it. The trick is to face it.

Tibetan Buddhism is renowned for its tantric practices for transforming the mind. Jungian dream work is famous for bringing alchemistic symbols to life in our personal development.

Both traditions help us to be in contact with our unconscious intelligence and allow it to co create our lives.

In this course we will work with alchemistic symbols in dreams, the body, inner visions, emotions and intuition.

Between the meetings you will receive exercises:

  • Morning wake-up practices to support dream recall
  • Nighttime practices to prepare the ground for dreaming
  • Meditations and mindfulness practices

Our courses are experimental and focus on the personal and spiritual growths of the participants. To gain a deeper understanding we use dreams, meditation, body work and creative expression. This we combine with Buddhist psychology, psychodynamic understanding and mindful communication.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
