Observing the nature and workings of mind through meditation opens us to a deeper sense of clarity, acceptance and love. On Tuesday evenings, Stephan will guide us through different types of meditation that will bring increased happiness and peace in our daily lives.
You do not need to have meditation experience to participate, and are welcome to drop in and try it out for an evening, but be careful! you might just become a regular :-)
