4/12 - 3 Week Introduction to Mindfulness Course starts 4th December

3 Week Introduction to Mindfulness course.

The dates for this course are: 4/12, 11/12, and 18/12 

This three week course introduces the concepts of the full Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

It is delivered over three weeks in weekly 50 minute sessions. Each session consists of theory and meditation practice, allowing the participant to be introduced to mindfulness meditation practice in a structured and understandable format.

The program is delivered in an informal, relaxed and friendly atmosphere suited to beginners and people new to group meditation and who wants to learn the basic techniques of mindfulness meditation practice to reduce their stress levels.
