Mindfulness Meditation Practice 5th February 2014 1930-2030

Weekly mindfulness meditation meetup

Welcome to the weekly Mindfulness Meditation group in Bedford.

This meetup lasts for an hour will include a range of mindfulness meditation practise such as;

Controlled breathing meditation

Guided breathing meditation

Silent breathing meditation

Eating meditation (chocolate/raisin/nut)

Sharing / Discussion

Three step breathing space

Experienced practitioners as well as beginners are welcome to join in the weekly practise.

The cost of the meet-up is a small donation (suggesting £5-£3 for earners and £1 for others) to contribute to room hire and what is used in the session. More is appreciated, less is accepted.

    As a first-time meditator I didn't really know what to expect, but I have to say I really enjoyed this practice. Per is obviously very knowledgeable and brilliant at what he does... I felt very at ease and quickly settled in to the amazing exercises, the midnfulness eating of a chocolate being the highlight! At the end of the session I felt relaxed, happy and so much more appreciative of the little things that we all se easily take for granted. Thank you! :)
