This is a monthly class to support your meditation practice.
To practice together, with other likeminded people, helps us to strengthen and to nurture our practice. Sharing our experiencens, doubts and achievements allows us to deepen our understanding and to accept the limits and the challenges of the practice.
We will sit in a circle, meditate, explore our practice, do gentle exercises, have a discussion...and have some fun!
