Monthly Practice Mindfulness Class

This is a monthly class to support your meditation practice.    

To practice together helps us to strengthen and to explore our practice. Sharing our experiencens, doubts and achievements allows us to deepen our understanding and to accept the limits and the challenges of the practice.

We will sit in a circle, meditate, do gentle exercises, have a discussion...and have some fun!
