Mindfulness Meditation utilizes the ancient art of Buddhist awareness and the insights of Science to address the enormously stressful times that we live in. Mindfulness is a part of everyone's experience and can be utilized to help us with: anxiety, depression and stress. Mindfulness also helps us cultivate greater resiliency for life's inevitable ups and downs.

Our suffering is real and no surprise with the speed and complexity of our lives as well as the stunning degree of change that our society and world are manifesting daily. It is no wonder that we are stressed out and our coping mechanisms are often at the limit of their effectiveness, which can make exhaustion a frequent experience.

This meetup is for those who are attracted to changing their relationship to stress via mindfulness meditation practices. Practices are taught with simplicity, without the contrivances of religious ritual. The group nourishes each person by allowing them to discover their own way via their own self-aware experience. There are 8 week classes, weekly meetings and one-day retreats. Please join us!
