I have been practicing mindfulness meditation for 2 years and have found it very helpful.
expanding....and a good thing for everyone -Elaine VO June28 Last night there were 7 people and our leader and our guide who took us through a variety of "mindfullness moves" from seated meditation to slow walking (just what it says) to a body scan (a mental review to time to share thoughts in a circle to a closing meditation. Our guide lead us through this last part with her helpful words...these help to keep the mind focused. (Mine wants to wander all the time...I have been told this is natural. A great evening ending with cold tea, water and munchies. Thank you again , everybody..Elaine
