Mindfulness Practice and Support Group

So happy to be able to start up my group again! (have been in the Bay Area helping a family member with major surgery)

This is a group for people interested in learning and practicing Mindfulness - a profoundly rich mind/heart/body training. There will be some basic instruction, some guided practice, and a discussion period with an emphasis on how to apply Mindfulness in daily life. Practice instruction will be based primarily on the Basic Mindfulness System of Shinzen Young. 

There is no charge for the group, but I do accept donations to cover the cost of renting our space. Please RSVP if you are coming. There must be at least 2 of us for the group to happen!
