The Mindfulness Skills Group focuses on mindfulness as a tool to better your life. Following the laws of attraction and positive psychology, mindfulness creates a more empathic and compassionate person, attracts more compassionate people and situations into your life, and increases ones ability to handle stress and confrontation. The skills practiced focus on a mix of DBT, Buddhist Meditation, Positive thinking, Stress, Anxiety and Anger Management and Reduction. Whether you have PTSD, BPD, BP, have ever felt guilty for losing your temper,  are just stressed out at work, or are a fully centered and enlightened being... come and discuss, learn and share mindfulness techniques that work for you in a positive open-minded collaborative and supportive environment.
