Practice Mindfulness in Meditation and in Life, Plus Loving-Kindness and More...

I am offering a FREE ten-week course for anyone interested in reducing stress, increasing focus and attention, improving overall well-being, and cultivating more self-awareness, love and compassion.
We will begin by exploring Vipassana (Insight) Meditation, breaking it down step by step, week by week, and then move into bringing mindfulness into our lives, with mindful speech, movement, eating and more. Throw in some loving-kindness (metta), joy, and compassion and voila, you've got a recipe for peace!
Attend all ten classes (for optimal benefit) or any that you can. The classes are 75 - 90 minutes long, including plenty of time for questions and sharing. The idea is to practice what you learn and come back and clarify, question, absorb, revise, whatever you need. The aim is to help you to develop your own practices that are self-supporting and sustaining.
Donations are welcome but the teachings are free!

****Note: convenient parking right across the street in the lot!****

Next Tuesday is the first class. It will repeat at the same time each week for ten weeks, unless posted otherwise.
