You are invited to six Wednesday evenings to learn and enjoy the practice of Mindfulness as it applies to how we close the day. How do we end the day, welcome the evening, the sunset, put closure on the day's work and demands, meet the darkness. This series will explore Mindfulness practice as taught by zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Each Meet up will be from 7-8:30pm and will include time for questions and discussion. Practices of traditional mindfulness meditation sitting, walking, standing, and applied tai chi/chi kung informed by Harvard Medical School's Tai Chi research. Whatever your background, come relax and enjoy ways to open up what the earth has to offer at the setting of the sun.
