This is a group for anyone interested and curious about mindfulness meditation, stress reduction, and tai chi, chi gong. My wife and i want to share our practice with you in the gentle, open way of Thich Nhat Hanh at our home from Appleton Ridge overlooking the mountains. We will meet weekly in the morning or evening and enjoy the practices of sitting, walking, eating, and breathing; and living in such a way that brings peace to our hearts, our loved ones, and society.
