Free Workshop: The Myth of Mindfulness

Join us for an evening of socialising, philosophy and a touch of metaphysics. We'll be meeting in the upstairs function room of a great venue called The Star of Kings just behind Kings Cross Station.

Our topic for this workshop is 'The Myth of Mindfulness'. We'll be guiding you through a meditation before presenting some core ideas around mindfulness, the many misconceptions that exist around it, and the philosophical and logical approaches you can take to develop an integral and rewarding practice. It's our hope that the subject matter will be controversial, inspiring and challenging all at once. Because we're meeting in a pub/restaurant, all we ask is that everyone buy a drink (tea, coffee and soft drinks are available) and we'll be staying for a bite to eat and a chat afterwards too. We look forward to seeing you very soon!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
