Mind-hack Mondays: Regular Mindfulness Drop-in

Our Monday Drop-in is designed to help you focus, achieve and succeed. We have developed a class that fits into an hour with the perfect balance of concentration and mindfulness to give maximum benefit from the session. We will be teaching you how to train (hack) your mind so that you're in control of your experience, more focused and more energised. 

The Monday Mind-Hack is a great way to develop your skill as a meditator while enjoying the benefits (and increased motivation) of meditating in a group. It is suitable for all levels and costs £10.
