Our organisation Open Meditation (www.open-meditation.org) teaches non-religious mindfulness meditation in London. We run experiential workshops, regular drop-in meditation classes and Weekend Intensives.

Instructed by fully qualified teachers, all of our workshops and classes combine the latest insights from neuroscience with philosophy and ancient traditions to teach mindfulness in a truly integral and practical way.
