The Practice of Sun Gazing -(PART ONE)

For thousands of years humans lived a strong life feeding themselves in part - with sunlight. This practice was later rediscovered and publicized by people in India where some have gone years eating only sunlight and drinking water.

This is not to say you will be asked to do the same - nor do we recommend it. However sun gazing is a practice that is alive and well - to this day.

We'll discuss the pros and cons, how to stay safe, when to gaze and how it is done. Many will leave inspired to learn more and try this ancient practice.

Benefits include:

- Increased energy
- Enhanced lucidity
- Changed and improved eating patterns
- Better concentration

You will be able to learn how to incorporate this practice in your daily activities for maximum benefits.
