Were you aware that without mineral co-factors, vitamins have no way to perform their functions in the human body? That Congress was concerned with mineral deficiency problems in our soils as early as the 1930's?

I was somewhat aware of these issues, but only very slightly. I am eager to learn more about how to be as mindful as possible about health, and to educate others about this as well.

Are you willing to go "against the grain" and trust your own instincts about what is best for your body when it comes to doing what it takes to avoid "Modern Medicince" and their chemicals/surgeries/invasive tests/scans?

Definitely. More and more so.

Were you aware that breeding livestock (who recieve up to 45 minerals in their feed) have only 1 birth defect in 100,000 but humans in America (who have only 11 minerals in baby formula) have 1 birth defect for every 33 babies?

Traditional Chinese Medicine involves these elements: water, wood, fire, earth, and metal, and that balancing these elements is a key to maintaining health. Did you know that the human body has a daily requirement for 60 minerals?

Did you know that in American food, there is currently only an average of about 8 minerals?
