Character Type

  • February 17, 2013 · 12:00 PM

This will be a fun presentation discussing personality types and creating more fully-realized characters. Please go to Character Type in the discussion forum for more information.

Warning: Test taking and writing are involved. Before attending this presentation talk to your physician. If you suffer from writer's block, acute malapropitis, occasional verb/noun confusion, punphobia, blurred moral precepts, or strawberry scented hair, Character Type may not be for you.

We read and analyzed three very short stories. I was impressed by the work of the participants.

Man, am I out of it! Tried to post my apologies & ended up checking in. Obviously, I'm not there. Sorry again!

Sorry to bail at the last minute. I just couldn't get it together on time today. (Will be there for crits, though.)

I'm not coming after all and my guest isn't coming either. Earlier I thought this was going to be more of a presentation. I don't like the writing assignment and I believe it would be more appropriate to do within your own writers group.

I will remind the members attending Character Type: that yesterday, Feb 14, the short assignment upon which this class is based was due. Without the assignments to read and evaluate, this will be a very short presentation.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
