Introduction

I love fantasy, speculative science fiction, space cowboy-style, dystopian society, horror, crime, and similar genres. I've got several stories in my head, but need some impetus to get them on paper. Most of those stories are fantasy and sci-fi.

What sort of stories do you write? And if you have anything published, tell us about it (even if it's not SF.) We love to hear about all your successes.

I've started three fantasy stories and have yet to finish them. Nothing published yet. And I just realized that one of the fantasy stories is sort of YA cross-genre and supernatural phenomenon-y science fiction. There are supernatural aberrations! Aliens! Genetic manipulation and advanced technology! And beings who can walk through the ether-layers and in a blink of an eye only to reach out and mess. you. up.

What brings you to the SF Writers Meetup? Is there anything that you hope the group will do for you?

I need some group involvement as an impetus to write. I am terrible at writing without deadlines, meetups, or even just bouncing an idea off of someone casually. Meeting up with other writers is inspirational, humbling, and fun. Most of all, I hope to have fun in this group!
