Modify the open calendar rule.

Currently, The Rounders Rules and Group Etiquette has the following rule: "We do ask however that you do not schedule a game/event on the same day as a previously scheduled game/event". This has not been strictly enforced. A suggestion was made that we modify the rule to: "Hosts should state the minimum number of players that must RSVP, and the deadline (no less that one day before the game), for a game to go forward. If the minimum is not met, another hosts may post a "last minute" game. If an already-scheduled game is full, other hosts can post games. Players should not switch games if it would adversely affect a game. " This does not "close down" the open calendar, but puts a few parameters around multiple simultaneous games. Please vote below. This poll will remain open for one week. Your vote is anonymous.

How should we run the calendar?

We want your opinion on how we should run the Rounders Calendar. Option 1: Open Calendar - Pros = More games. If one game fills, there may be another. Cons = Multiple games on any given day may mean some games won't fill. Option 2: Closed Calendar - Pros = Will result in more filled games and less games cancelled. Cons = Limited options; if an event is full, there is no where else to play.

What would make you more apt to attend a meetup?

We want to get more people together in our poker community, but want to hear your opinions on how to do that.
