Do you love to read? Do you love Minnesota? Then this is the place for you.
The Minnesota Historical Society Press is a non-profit, publisher of about 20 titles per year about and by the people of the Upper Midwest.
Our group will get together once every month to discuss a book by or about Upper Midwesterners covering a variety of topics--memoir, cooking, nature, and, of course, history. You will also receive invites for other history/book events in the Twin Cities area where you can meet authors in person. Our events are all free.
Also, be on the lookout for special offers in your inbox!
If you would like more information about the press, please go here: www.mhspress.org. You can also join us on Facebook and visit our blog at www.10000books.org!
Thanks!

Take a break from Christmas shopping and come meet Kevin Kling at Birch Bark Books! Kevin will be telling stories from his new book Kevin Kling's Holiday Inn.
The event will be held in the cafe adjoining Birchbark, and I will grab a table for meetup members early. This could be a crowded one, so seating will be first come first serve.
