Robert Cray’s indefinable sound remains beyond categorization. His music comes from many directions – a mix of rock, soul, jazz, blues, plus a little gospel feel. Robert’s been internationally admired as a stylist whose innovations have brought new life to the blues, yet his music still satisfies even the most demanding blues fans. He’s one of a precious few blues-based artists with the talent and vision to successfully usher the idiom into the 21st century without resorting either to imitation of old-style blues or simply playing rock and passing it off as blues. Cray’s released over 20 albums and had eight songs on the rock charts. His third release, Strong Persuader, received a Grammy Award, while the crossover single Smokin’ Gun, which hit #2 in 1986, gave him wider appeal and name recognition. He is among artists such as Stevie Ray Vaughan and George Thorogood who received wider airplay and regular MTV video exposure during the late 1980’s. A five –time Grammy Award winner, Cray was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 2011. Guitarist Magazine named Robert Cray’s most recent release, Nothin’ But Love, as Album of the Year for 2012.

Should we buy our tickets separately, directly from the zoo or how does this work?

Hi Sherrie, I had posted these to see if there was any interest in others meeting up if they were going. You'll need to buy your ticket separately. I don't think I am going to this show, but maybe you can message Karen to see if she wants to meetup before the show??

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
