Brunch with Annie Laurie Gaylor at Q. Cumbers

Join us for Sunday Brunch after the airing of Atheists Talk! Our guest Annie Laurie Gaylor (and maybe Greta Christina and other recognizable names) will be joining us!

Annie Laurie Gaylor is the co-founder and current co-president of the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF), an organization devoted to addressing violations of state and church, and educating the public in matters related to non-theism. Annie Laurie is the author of the Woe to Women: For the Bible Tells Me So and Betrayal of Trust: Clergy Abuses of Children, as well as the anthology Women Without Superstition: No Gods, No Masters. She is the editor of the only freethought newspaper in the United States, Freethought Today.

Sunday at 10:30 a.m. is a great time to enjoy the all-you-can eat buffet at Q. Cumbers. The food is plentiful, with a wide variety of choices whether you're in the mood for breakfast or lunch, and there's plenty of room, since the churchgoing crowd doesn't start filing in until noon or so. Plus, Q. Cumbers is a sponsor of our radio program, and this is a great way to show our appreciation. These are all good reasons to join your fellow infidels every Sunday starting at 10:30 a.m., but if the promise of good company and lively conversation doesn't cinch the deal, just think how good it will feel to relax with a cup of java while the believers are fidgeting in those uncomfortable pews.

Be sure to bring a printout of the first page of AWE (Atheists Weekly E-mail) for a $2 discount. And don't forget to leave a dollar or two on the table for your server!

Check out the Q. Cumbers website for more information:

Hope to see you there!
