Minnesota Atheists Meetup Group Message Board › Justice for Nick
Hey gang! A Minnesota family (a friend of my friend Shellie) desperately needs our help and support. I know you're busy, but it will only take a few minutes to write a hand-written letter on behalf of the Hauschildt-Xiong family who tragically lost their 11 year old son Nicholas on June 12, 2008, when they were on their way to Dallas airport after a family vacation. A semi truck hit their vehicle when it was stopped on the highway, and the driver, Jackie L. Stewart was charged but never prosecuted for Criminally Negligent Homicide. NOTE: this was NOT the first time Stewart claimed the life of another motorist with his truck. How many people does this person have to kill before something is done? Apparently, TX shows leniency to truck drivers even though it boasts being tough on crime. The DA's office has not even had the decency responded to the family's plea for justice. A thousand voices are stronger than one. Let's show TX that Minnesotans are united for justice. Go to their blog for full details: http://givenickjustic...
