I will be running this event every week to burn off calories, so come out and join me for a brisk walk along the river
This event is for members who want to burn calories so it will be fast pace. Please ensure to keep up with the group. Ensure to wear appropriate clothing and shoes.
There are hills and walkways -
Dress Code: dress according to the weather conditions
Meeting Place: I will be waiting in the parking lot by the rocks.
START TIME: 6:30 SHARP
Length of walk: 1.5hr to complete the walk
Due to weather etc. always check the site before attending this event.
Don't forget your water and a camera to take some pictures.
