This group is for all levels of skill, from beginning through advanced!  The idea is to have fun painting and creating art together, while in the process of getting to meet lots of other people, in a professional artist's studio.  In other words, if you are already a painter, you'll get to come and work on your own projects or choose one of the ones provided for you, OR be able to get instructions all along the way from an experienced artist who has taught for many years.  We will meet and foster a community of artists from beginners to advanced for workshops, learning to paint while snacking and mingling!  Weekly workshops in series of Four, on weekends, weekdays, or weeknights, your choice! Bring a bottle of wine/snacks, and have canvases and materials supplied for you, to paint your own fabulous take home masterpieces! Learn to mix colors and much more! Or if you already paint, have fun discussing art and concepts with the group! 

Our other activity for group members will be "Looking at Art in Austin!" Tour groups for visiting artist's studios all over Austin and surrounding areas. Series of 4-$95. Maps, info, and meetup places provided each week with enrollment. Enjoy seeing the work of, and hearing the stories of many wonderful artists, while visiting their studios and galleries, all over the Austin area.
