Mobile CrApps: Gambling with customer loyalty by delivering a bad experience

Mobile has reached critical mass. Exploding smartphone sales and faster networks are driving the mobile boom and have changed end users’ mobile experience expectations.

According to Equation Research:

47 percent of mobile users encountered a problem when accessing an application on their phones. Slow load time was the number one issue, closely followed by applications that crashed, froze or displayed an error
71 percent of mobile web users expect web-site performance on their mobile phones to be equal to, or better than, what they experience on their desktops — up from 58 percent in 2009.

After that, we'll see how some of Singapore's app development leaders and innovators measure their mobile-site and native application performance from the end users’ perspective to resolve mobile web-site and native application performance issues to maximize mobile business results.
