    Very good concept.
I didn't get to have a beer as I arrived a little late, but the pizza was good.
The talks were relatively relevant and interesting, the networking was very good.
I will definitely show up to the next meetup!

Great initiative, made some good connections that will hopefully lead to some business collaborations (which means it was a success by my book!), BUT - I was shocked (and borderline offended!) by the level of noise and amount of chatter going on while speakers were talking (maybe there is a need for a venue with two separate areas for networking & speakers); second - the speakers were nice and meant well, but some presentations felt more like a commercial for their products than being actually informative. As a networking meetup - it rocked, as an informative session - was a waste of time. All-in-all 4 stars for the Apps&Beer team for organizing and getting such a huge crowd in (*PS - thanks go out to Bizzabo - I learned about this meetup through their apps upcoming/suggested events list.)

The mingling / networking part of the meetup was not well organized. Here are few ideas –
Name tags that are coloured by field of interest/work (marketing, UX, coders, money etc)
Bigger bane tags – and compulsory for all
Set “hot spots” for discussions and meeting in certain fields –this corner for ios, this one for marketing and so on

The lectures were fine but too long – either shorten them to 3-5 min intro or lets lectures Otherwise – I met few interesting people, heard some ideas and hopefully will be fruitful.
Many thanks for organizing it, and looking forward to the next event. Ze’ev
