Interested in mindfulness? We get together every Sunday and Wednesday evening to support and encourage each others practice. We begin every Sunday session with a little socializing, have an hour of guided mindfulness, and end with some tea and snacks. On Wednesday after work we relieve stress with some gently yoga. All skill levels are welcome, as the techniques used are both user-friendly and industrial-strength. The sessions are guided by teachers from the Center for Mindful Learning using techniques based on Shinzen Young's Basic Mindfulness system.
