Interested in mindfulness? We get together every day of the week to support and encourage each others practice. We begin every Sunday session with a course on the theory of mindfulness. This is followed by an hour of guided mindfulness, and end with some discussion and tea. On Wednesday after work we relieve stress with some gentle yoga. Join us one Saturday a month for a half or full day retreat. All skill levels are welcome, as the techniques used are both user-friendly and industrial-strength. The sessions are guided by teachers from the Center for Mindful Learning using techniques based on Shinzen Young's Basic Mindfulness system.
