Interested in mindfulness? We get together every day of the week to support and encourage each others practice. We begin every Sunday session with a vegetarian potluck, have an hour of guided mindfulness, and end with some tea and discussion. On Wednesday after work we relieve stress with some gently yoga. On Saturday once a month join us for a half or full day retreat. All skill levels are welcome, as the techniques used are both user-friendly and industrial-strength. The sessions are guided by teachers from the Center for Mindful Learning using techniques based on Shinzen Young's Basic Mindfulness system.
