Now that the weather is heating up lets return to our favorite playground in Zurich.
Artergut Park is an enclosed park with a big lawn, swings, sand box, baby paddle pool and slides, etc.
We will be around the sandbox, playhouse, swings and slide.
I will have a meetup sign hanging of my purse. (toddlers tend to make you run after them a bit ;) )
If you have little ones that don't walk yet, bring picnic blanket. They are perfect for little ones to crawl on.
I suggest bringing a few toys for the sandbox.
If its a cold or rainy day will be in Coop City Restaurant on HBstrasse.
Coop City Restaurant has just re-done their children play area. There is a little bridge with slide to play on (for those walking and crowling) and some wall games for those kids who can stand but not walk. Please take a long your favorite travel toy or two.
This place definitely gives the kids a place to get some of their energy out on a cold day.
Plus there is food and drinks.
Artergut Park is located at Kreuzplatz.
From Zurich HB take tram 11, 15, Bus 31 or S18.
For those coming from Baden, take the train to Zurich HB then pick up tram 11 or 15 or take direct train to Stadelhofen from Baden. Then its one tram stop up on tram 11 or 15.
See www.sbb.ch for directions.
Note: There is an entrance to the park at the left of restaurant Nooba. Entrance 1st in the courtyard of offices and a bit further on the right, you will find the entrance of the park. It is not a private entrance, all people going to the park are going through there. (It avoids to walk in Klosbachstrasse and to enter from behind the park)
