We do 10 min warm up, 30-45 min aerobic style work out and 10 min cool down. Depends on weather and bugs we also add 25 min core/Ab work out.(about an hr. some days are longer or shorter) We do burn about 600 +/- calories for those who are curious. Don't forget a mat or blanket and most importantly, WATER! Looking forward to seeing you! ALL strollers welcome!
