Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Adapted Part I

Pre-registration required by Feb 28th, 2014, This class is a 4 week commitment, fee is inclusive.

“The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class teaches you to accept and not punish yourself for a failing or resistance, but to welcome it and act on it. With the skills and ideas you learn in the course, feeling angry and negative can change to being more peaceful and positive”.

--Greg L.

“Having two small kids and making a lifestyle change has been tricky but through the MBSR courses I have learned to embrace my emotions and not judge them. As an instructor, Deb is welcoming, understanding and unbelievably great at explaining confusing/complicated topics. I really appreciate Deb’s sense of humor and down to earth nature—she makes the change accessible and doable”.

--Amy S.

If you want to learn how to take better care of yourself and discover a deeper sense of ease and peace of mind -- and if you are willing to actively engage in your own health and well-being, we welcome your participation in either our four-week adapted or eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course.

For over 30 years more than 18,000 people have completed the mindfulness-based stress reduction program originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn out of the Center for Mindfulness at UMASS Medical School.
