Workshop: Re-vamping our Rules

Attention: Please DO NOT RSVP if you haven't yet attended an event with this group. We will be happy to have you join in after you attend a non-workshop event. For more information, see our "About us..." page on the left.

This is a workshop meeting to have a discussion about the rules of our group. What's working for us, what's not working, changes to the presentation style, limits on the amount of times you can present in a given time, etc. It's all on the table and up for discussion! At the end of the workshop, we'll have a new set of rules for the group.

So sorry I didn't make it! My friend was in a car wreck and I had to go pick them up and help them sort things out. The meeting didn't even come to my mind while I was running around. Hope it went well!

Couldn't this wait until midMay? Grading duties are heavy right now. We're coming into the home stretch...regular exams plus finals.

Please allow me to humbly invite you to read my poetry, collection od pomes“ AGAINST ALL STREAMS“ and novels“The Davils's Architect“, which you can buy at the Amazon Kindle store. Poetry enriches the human soul, as it nurtures love, compassion and faith in people. …Yes, I consider myself to be lucky to share my poetry with everyone regardless of race, gender or religion, because anyone's tears are the same color, as well as an honest smile. By reading poetry, you can open your heart, and what's even more important, you can open the doors to many hearts...As William Wordsworth put it beautifully: "The best portion of a good man's life is his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and of love."

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
